Jay-Z feat Mr Hudson “Young Forever”
The whole Mr Hudson thing is kinda funny. Kanye had that track awhile back about “I told Jay I did a song with Coldplay, next thing I know he got a song with Coldplay,” and it’s like they finally just said: wait, instead of paying this Gwyneth guy to sing these hooks all the time, why don’t we just come up with our own Coldplay dude? And thus, Mr Hudson on Kanye’s label.
But hey, ya gotta get in wherever you can, and he gets to sing some good bits from a classic Alphaville track here, so it’s not like it’s a bad gig or anything.
