Incyde - Axis
So Hotflush dropped their compilation album Back & 4th this week, filled with tracks by the likes of label boss Scuba, FaltyDL, Boddika, Untold, Mount Kimbie, Roska & Joy Orbison. You’d think, given the astounding levels of talent on offer (and the amazing tracks contained within), one of those would provide the stand out track….
No.
Not even dBridge (who if you don’t know…be ashamed: From Future Forces Inc onwards, man has been a true innovator of British bass music)
Instead it’s Incyde and a timely reminder that people still make brilliant, sparse dubstep.

Incyde does his radio show right before mine, and I remember back when he first started working on tunes and sneaking some of his original tracks into his sets. He’s certainly come a long way in a short time! Good to see him getting some attention for it. (and yeah this whole compilation is good, but it’s from Hotflush so duh)
